Common Questions

Managing your account

You can update your profile, photo, CV, education, and skills at any time from the app.

If you'd like to close your account, open Settings → Delete Account inside the app. This permanently deletes your account and profile and removes your uploaded CV and photo.

Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions are paid through the Bridge IN web app, opened securely from within the mobile app. If you have a question about a payment, a receipt, or a subscription that isn't reflecting correctly, please reach out using the contact details above and include your registered phone number so we can look into it quickly.

Notifications

You can turn push notifications on or off at any time from your device settings or the in-app notification toggle. This controls alerts such as new matches, saved-search results, and subscription reminders.
