1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bridge IN mobile application and related web pages (together, the "Platform") as a job candidate ("Candidate", "you"). The Platform is operated by Bridge Talent Solution ("Bridge IN", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform as a Candidate, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time (see Section 21). The version in force is the one published on the Platform on the date you use it.

2. Purpose of the Platform

Bridge IN is a talent marketplace that connects job candidates with recruiters and employers in the Middle East. As a Candidate, the Platform lets you:

• create and maintain a professional profile and upload a CV and a profile photo;
• become discoverable to recruiters who search and browse candidate profiles (subject to an active subscription — see Section 10);
• receive notifications relevant to your account (for example, that your subscription is about to expire); and
• browse job openings through an external careers portal that we link to from the Platform (see Section 12).

Bridge IN is a facilitation and discovery tool. We are not an employer, an employment agency, or a party to any relationship, agreement, interview, or hiring decision between you and any recruiter or employer.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the Platform you must be at least 16 years old and of legal working age in your country. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Bridge IN uses passwordless sign-in. You register and log in using your phone number and a one-time verification code (OTP) sent to you by WhatsApp or SMS. There are no passwords on the Platform. You also provide an email address at sign-up.

You are responsible for:

• providing a phone number and email address that belong to you and are current;
• keeping control of your phone number and device, and of the one-time codes sent to you, so that no one else can access your account; and
• everything that happens under your account while it is accessed with your verified phone number.

If you believe someone has gained access to your phone number or account, contact us promptly using the details in Section 22.

4. Your Profile and CV

As a Candidate, you may build a profile that can include: your full name, phone number, email address, LinkedIn URL, profile photo, an uploaded CV document, education details (degrees, institutions, and start/graduation dates), technical skills, fields of interest, and location.

You may edit or delete your profile, and upload or replace your CV and photo, at any time from within the app.

You agree that:

• all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and your own to share;
• you will not upload content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or that belongs to someone else without permission; and
• you are solely responsible for the content of your profile and CV.

We may remove content or suspend a profile that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or applicable law.

5. Sharing Your Profile with Recruiters and Employers — Your Consent

The core purpose of Bridge IN is to make you discoverable to recruiters and employers for recruitment purposes. By subscribing and making your profile visible, you expressly consent to Bridge IN sharing your profile, CV, and contact details (including your phone number and email) with recruiters and employers on the Platform so that they can review your profile and contact you about opportunities.

Recruiters agree to their own terms restricting them to using your data only for legitimate recruitment. However, once your details are shared with a recruiter or employer, Bridge IN cannot control how that third party subsequently uses them. Please consider what you include in your profile and CV.

If your profile is not covered by an active subscription, it is hidden from recruiter search and browsing and your details are not shared in this way (see Section 10).

6. Applications and How Jobs Work

Bridge IN's role is profile-building and recruiter discovery. You do not submit job applications to employers through the Bridge IN app. Job openings are shown through an external, third-party careers portal that we link to, and any application to those listings is made on that external portal, subject to that portal's own terms (see Section 12).

Recruiters who find your profile on the Platform may contact you directly using the contact details you provide.

7. Communications and Notifications

By using the Platform, you agree that we may contact you about your account and the service, including through push notifications, WhatsApp, or SMS. This includes one-time login codes and service messages such as a notice that your subscription is about to expire.

Push notifications are delivered using Firebase Cloud Messaging (a Google service). You can control notifications through your device settings and through the in-app notifications toggle. Note that some messages — such as one-time login codes — are necessary to operate your account.

8. Personal Data and Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our collection and use of your personal data — including your CV content, phone number, and email address — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with (including recruiters, our payment provider, notification and messaging providers, and cloud hosting located in the EU), your rights, and how to exercise them.

We process personal data in line with applicable Lebanese law, including Law No. 81/2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data.

9. Your Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• keep your profile information accurate and up to date;
• use the Platform lawfully and only for genuine job-seeking purposes;
• not impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or experience;
• not upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access, scrape the Platform, or interfere with its operation; and
• not use the Platform to harass, defraud, or harm others.

10. Fees and Paid Services

The Platform is free to join and to use for building a profile. The only paid service for Candidates is a subscription that unlocks your profile's visibility to recruiters.

• Without an active subscription, your profile is hidden from recruiter search and browsing.
• With an active subscription, your profile becomes discoverable and contactable by recruiters on the Platform.

The paid subscription is exactly and only this visibility/discoverability service. It does not include CV review, interview preparation, coaching, application submission, guaranteed placement, or any similar service, and we make no such promises.

Subscriptions are offered as recurring plans. Payments are handled by our third-party payment provider, Whish Pay, and are completed on the Bridge IN web app opened in your phone's web browser — not inside the native app. By subscribing, you also agree to any applicable terms of the payment provider.

Paying for a subscription does not guarantee that you will be contacted, interviewed, or hired (see Section 18).

11. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription is active, except in exceptional cases, such as:

• a duplicate or clearly incorrect charge; or
• Bridge IN failing to provide the subscribed visibility service.

To request a refund in one of these cases, contact us using the details in Section 22. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Cancelling a recurring subscription stops future renewals but does not by itself entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid for the current period.

12. Job Information and External Careers Portal

Job listings shown or linked from the Platform are provided through an external, third-party careers portal. Bridge IN does not create, verify, endorse, or guarantee those listings and is not responsible for their accuracy, legality, or availability, or for what happens when you apply on that external portal. Your use of the external portal is governed by that portal's own terms and privacy policy.

13. Recruiter and Employer Conduct

Recruiters and employers are independent third parties. Bridge IN does not employ, control, or vet them beyond the terms they accept when using the Platform, and is not responsible for their conduct, hiring practices, communications, or decisions. If a recruiter or employer behaves inappropriately, please report it to us using the details in Section 22.

14. Selection and Rejection

All decisions about interviews, offers, selection, and rejection are made solely by recruiters and employers. Bridge IN plays no part in those decisions and gives no assurance about them.

15. Availability of the Platform

We aim to keep the Platform available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Platform may be unavailable at times for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control (including issues with third-party services such as payment, messaging, notification, or hosting providers). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

16. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, logos, and content (excluding your own profile content), is owned by Bridge IN or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Platform only as permitted by these Terms. You retain ownership of the content you upload (such as your CV and photo), and you grant Bridge IN a licence to host, display, and share that content with recruiters and employers for the purpose of operating the service as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

17. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from within the app using the "Delete Account" option in Settings. Deleting your account removes your account and profile and removes your uploaded CV and profile photo from the Platform.

Some information may be retained where we are legally required or permitted to keep it (for example, records related to payments or to meet legal obligations). You may also request deletion by contacting us using the details in Section 22. Deletion is further explained in our Privacy Policy.

18. No Guarantee of Employment

Bridge IN is a discovery and matching tool only. We do not guarantee that you will be found by recruiters, contacted, interviewed, offered a role, or hired. Subscribing makes your profile visible to recruiters; it does not promise any outcome. Any hiring decision rests entirely with recruiters and employers.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind;
• Bridge IN is not liable for the acts or omissions of recruiters, employers, the external careers portal, or other third parties;
• Bridge IN is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost opportunities, employment, or income; and
• where Bridge IN is found liable despite the above, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

20. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or where we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time (Section 17). Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 16, 18, 19, and 23) continue to apply.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date and, where appropriate, notify you through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, including Law No. 81/2018 on Electronic Transactions and Personal Data where relevant. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon.
